What you'll be doing:
- Identify and engage high-potential partners for Wolt.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospective partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners.
- Analyze venue performance to set profitable terms and lead contract negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure strong communication.
- Use data-driven insights to make strategic business decisions
- Proven experience in field sales or business development, owning the full sales cycle.
- Comfortable working in the field, visiting multiple leads daily.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and experienced in data-driven sales.
- Strong communicator with natural networking skills and a hunter mentality.
- Passion for food and knowledge of the local restaurant scene is a plus.
- Fluent in German and English.
We offer an attractive salary starting at 48.000€ p.a. (40h/week) which is adjusted and increased depending how well you go through the process.
