The candidate should have prior experience in sales in commercial vehicles and should come with the ability to build and nurture teams. The candidate should be equipped with good communication skills both verbal and written. The candidate should be comfortable in communicating and dealing with cross-functional teams within the organization.
A startup experience is a plus.
