About the Role:
The Sales Manager, Mid-Market is an opportunity to be a leader on our sales team as we double in size in 2024. You will bring leadership, mentorship, and sales coaching to a team of Mid-Market Account Executives. You should have a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams by raising-the-bar with new hires, setting team goals, motivating, and developing a passionate group of professionals.

We take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our Boston or Chicago hub.
