As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing your own accounts and ensuring Ada’s clients receive the highest level of customer service
- Working with multiple Ada Diamonds team members in design, production, inventory, and operations to deliver a seamless client experience
- Conducting thorough quality control inspections on diamonds
- Assisting with the photography and videoing of diamonds and jewelry for your clients
- Opening/Closing the showroom for client appointments
- Keyholder and safe access
Required Qualifications:
- Bay Area resident
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in luxury goods
- Ability to be managed remotely and be part of an autonomous team
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Gmail, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office products
- Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new technologies and workflows
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working with diamonds and luxury goods
- Proficient or experience with Salesforce, Asana, Slack, Instagram
Logistics & Compensation:
- Full-time role
- No travel required
- Based out of Ada’s SF location
- Typical hours are 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Tuesday - Friday with occasional evening and weekend client appointments. Monday WFH with flexible hours.
