Due to the rapid growth of our European office in Oosterhout (NB), we are looking for a full time Sales Manager. As a new member of the European Sales Team at OnLogic you help OnLogic achieve ambitious growth targets by influencing both established OnLogic customers and by onboarding new customers.

On an average day, you'll...

  • actively coach and mentor the Customer Success team so they grow as a team of sales professionals and can exceed their targets.
  • support the team in developing new business for OnLogic with new and existing clients
  • leading by example and fostering an new business and entrepreneurial sales culture and can do mindset
  • be managing the overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
  • identifying opportunities for improvement in both sales skills and sales excellence and acting upon that to continuously improve the skills and competencies of the team and individuals
  • be demonstrating strong understanding of CRM use and best practices.
  • be working with OnLogic's technical, business, and procurement decision makers.
  • negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits, while ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • assist with challenging customer requests and/or issue escalations as needed.
  • collaborate with local, regional and global team members to identify and grow opportunities.

Our sales team is made up of a range of highly-impactful roles, with opportunities to demonstrate great sales leadership and customer service at every stage of the sales cycle! Our sales roles include:

  • Strategic Account Managers: Focused on winning our largest new opportunities with global technology leaders and year-over-year growth of strategic customer relationships.
  • Customer Success - Manage customer relationships with integrators and partners. Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Technical Sales: Field and qualify global technology innovators who are looking for a true consultative partner to provide solutions.
  • Sales Engineering: Experts in assessing customer needs and providing the best possible solution - every time.
  • Sales Operations: Process driven leaders who optimize our workflows and data driven approach in a rapidly scaling organization.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in commercials or economics.
  • You bring at least 7 years of Sales experience in a similar industry, with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Experience in inside sales and/or managing an inside sales team is a plus
  • You speak and write Dutch & English fluently (level C2/C1). A third European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, etc.) is an advantage.
  • You have enough IT knowledge to level with your technical colleagues and customers.

Benefits

​The salary range for this role is € 4.500,- to € 6.000,- per month. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles. Besides a base salary and incentive we will offer you a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
