Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of Octopus Energy, Mercedes, VW, Volvo Belux among other innovative brands.

We are looking for a Sales Manager for Ireland. Leading a small team you will be accountable for creating a strategy and driving Ohme EV charger sales across multiple channels, including distributors, wholesalers, resellers and energy partners.

Requirements

What we want in your first 12 months at Ohme:

• Manage a team of 3 and coach, mentor, work alongside and drive good outcomes.

• Source and build strong relationships with our partners and target audience in order to create a pipeline of sales across multi-channels.

• Account manage a portfolio of distribution partners, including installers, wholesalers, car retailers and energy suppliers.

• Offer 10/10 customer service at all times. Uphold the Ohme team values and ensure our customers feel valued.

• Work closely with the wider sales team and customer support team to ensure all data is captured in the CRM platform.

• Continuously improve and develop the efficiency of your own processes. Always analyse your numbers and targets and be creative on how you can continuously improve your performance.

• You’ll ideally come with EV charging experience! Or broader experience across electrical products or the energy ecosystem.

Experiences that are desirable:

• Previous experience in a sales role, ideally in a relevant industry and ideally leading a team. Demonstrate an ability to reach out to people and clearly articulate how our proposition can help the customer.

• Strategic but also hands on. Drive good strategic sales disciplines and behaviours in a team but lead by example.

• Passion: Interest and/or experience in sustainable solutions and/or the EV industry.
