A Sales Manager with strong technical knowledge of OEMs and the Automobile industry for our inside sales team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with key customers within the industry.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the OEM and Automobile industry
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Understanding the technical specifications and requirements of customers in order to provide effective sales solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
- Providing regular sales updates and forecasts to senior management
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong technical background in OEMs and the Automobile industry, as well as a proven track record of driving sales growth. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Note: Initially, he will be given leads, which he needs to close. Later, he will have to develop his own relationship.
Educational Qualification: Minimum - B.E. / B.Tech (Preferably Mechanical)
Experience: 7-10 Years (Preferably in OEM companies)
