We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our LinkedIn Sales Solutions team as we continue to grow and deliver value to our customer base in North America.
Responsibilities:
Directly lead a team of salespeople focused on growth, which may include responsibilities in both our new business and existing customer teams.
Mentor and develop talent through talent pipelining, hiring, training, consistent coaching and fostering enriching career paths.
Coach and elevate the team’s abilities to uncover customer pressures, objectives, challenges and deliver value that helps our customers grow.
Act as a trusted advisor, engaging with and building relationships with senior executives across our largest customers.
Directly manage the day-to-day operations of the team, including coaching to KPIs, weekly forecasting and driving change management and accountability.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners and peers to develop and scale best practices that will serve as the foundation for this growing team and drive growth for LinkedIn.
Foster a culture of inclusivity and belonging to inspire and motivate employees on a daily basis.
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of quota carrying sales
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of quota-carrying sales leadership experience
BA/BS degree or combination of education.
A demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets.
Expertise in the understanding and application of relevant sales methodologies, technologies, and metrics.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects and to guide/direct others.
Excellent communication, client and time management, negotiation and presentation skills.
A demonstrated track record of effectively hiring and motivating seasoned Account Executives/Relationship Managers.
Strong knowledge of CRM tools to manage sales-related activities.

The pay range for this role is $220,000 to $335,000 OTE. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
