As we continue to embark on our UK expansion, we are looking for a talented sales leader to grow and develop our LCS UK Sales team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the Tech vertical in the UK, a pioneering and established client vertical. The leader we’re looking for has deep market knowledge from years of navigating the digital marketing ecosystem, has successfully built and delivered on an LCS  book of business, and can effectively coach, support, and motivate teams of sellers to succeed within ambiguity. You would be a key pillar to Reddit’s business strategy as we forge world-class partnerships with agencies and brands. We are looking for a leader who will champion our culture and values for our leading sales organisation in Europe. 

For this role you will be required to work out of the UK office.

Responsibilities: 

  • Define the playbook: Set the sales strategy and tactics for your vertical, implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth from tech clients, both active and non-active on the platform.
  • Build a strong sales culture, leading your team to exceed established revenue targets 
  • Leverage your industry knowledge and relationships with key decision-makers to support your team’s sales efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and ensure the team is delivering the highest impact
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to provide feedback and insights, drive product enhancements and new product launches, and align on market positioning
  • Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial and operating targets, ensuring alignment with strategic plan
  • Represent Reddit by speaking at key agency, client and industry events
  • Lead on broader LCS projects to identify opportunities for further acceleration and jointly build scalable processes

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital media sales, demonstrated success in building a business and overachieving sales targets. Leads by example, defining the playbook by which their team will operate.
  • Strong people leader with 4+ years leading sales teams, balancing retention with attracting new talent. Passionate and inclusive people manager who is dedicated to fostering an inclusive team culture.
  • Key understanding of the LCS sales channel in UK & EMEA
  • Has a customer-centric approach, a strong sales mentality, and commercial acumen
  • Strong sales rigor & pipeline management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply those insights to overcome or anticipate headwinds and ensure the team is working on top-priority opportunities.
  • Experience building high-performing teams, Can inspire and motivate relentless optimism
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships that will further the success of the org and its clients
