The Opportunity
We are excited to hire our first sales managers in Miami as we expand our presence on the East Coast in our new Miami office. This role will be integral to our landing party, with a strong impact on building office culture and managing a growing team of AEs.
The Sales Manager position is responsible for the development and management of a team of up to 4 quota-carrying Commercial Account Executives (AEs). Each AE is responsible for maintaining high activity levels, daily prospecting, pipeline growth, prospect qualification, and delivering on assigned monthly/quarterly sales revenue targets. In this role, you are responsible for the AE leadership, execution, and revenue goal achievement.
The right person for this position must have the proven ability to increase the productivity of Account Executives through skill development and adherence to activity standards; while providing inspiration, rapid conflict resolution, and the ability to build a high-performance sales culture.
How you'll make an impact day to day:

Drive New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise sector, aiming to exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts.

Customer Engagement: Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value of Kandji’s solutions to prospective clients.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in the SaaS or IT management industry.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a history of closing large, complex deals.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Technical Acumen: Understanding IT management solutions and quickly learning and adapting to new technologies.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Required to work on-site Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
