Responsibilities:
- Research and develop opportunities in international markets (USA, Europe, APAC).
- Build tailored pitches leveraging JavaScript-based frameworks and services.
- Lead end-to-end outbound campaigns using CRM tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Cultivate C-suite relationships, positioning JavaScript solutions as pivotal to business transformation.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients seeking cutting-edge JavaScript development services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling and strategic account management.
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Work closely with technical teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
- Ensure seamless project transition from sales to delivery.
- Stay updated on JavaScript ecosystem trends and market demands.
- Represent the company at conferences and forums, positioning it as a leader in JavaScript solutions.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in JavaScript-specific IT sales (staff augmentation or services).
Technical & Behavioural Skills:
- Strong expertise in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript technologies and their application in modern software solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple accounts and sales pipelines effectively.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in selling to enterprise clients and mid-market businesses (offshore & onshore).
- Exposure to global markets and managing cross-cultural client relationships.
- Proven success in selling JavaScript frameworks in international markets.
- Agency experience is a plus.
Education: A background in Technology/Business with an MBA (preferred).
