For our business unit One EU Aftermarket & Industrial Solutions, we are recruiting a Sales Manager to support the IAM Sales team in achieving our Goals and Objectives.
The area you will be responsible for in this role is Benelux, Nordics, Greece, Israel and Turkey. The involved Sales team consists of 6 local Sales representatives and they are, next to the DACH and UK team an integral part of the IAM Sales region West.
Main Responsibilities
Manage the Sales team, coaching them in achieving their KPI's and assess their performance and competencies
Bring Customer voice and priorities to the Regional Manager and functional interfaces in our HQ to create new opportunities
Support the development of sales strategy for distributor, wholesale and workshop level (varying by country) and execute actions, defined to achieve local / national annual sales plan
Build and maintain solid, healthy and sustainable relations with Customers on all accessible levels to develop designated markets in order to achieve local / national annual sales plan
Analyze, monitor and manage operating income contribution by customer
Identify development of opportunities with customers, markets and possible new distribution channels
Ensure sales and margin generation of DENSO products in line with annual sales plan and New Product Introduction plan
In accordance with the Regional Manager, plan, propose, organize and execute local marketing campaigns in close cooperation with Local MarCom (and EU MarCom if needed) and Sales representatives, including tracking of results
In accordance with the Regional Manager, plan, organize and conduct commercial / technical customer seminars
Reporting on progress and development of turnover evolution, campaign activities to the Regional Manager on regular basis
Monitor the market in the designated area on daily basis, including investigation on developments in distribution, pricing and competitors’ activities and report accordingly
Monitor and control payment behavior and customer rating / solvability
