You’ll join Xplor Field Services - the team that provides support and expertise to field service professionals across the world. From interior HVAC to exterior landscaping, we’ve spent time mastering the details so the business experience on both sides is smooth, simple, and easy.

As a FieldEdge Account Executive (AE) Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Account Executives (AEs) focused on building and surpassing the sales pipeline. 

The following duties are core to this position, though not an exhaustive list. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed: 

  • Provide hands-on training for the sales team through live sessions, role-playing, call monitoring, and joint selling. 
  • Foster a positive, dynamic, and engaging work environment, promoting fun and teamwork in a startup-like atmosphere. 
  • Become a master of our value proposition messaging and help the team achieve similar proficiency. 
  • Monitor and track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to ensure the sales pipeline is progressing effectively. 

This role directly manages a team of Account Executives and oversees their performance, providing guidance, coordination, and evaluations. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, goal-setting, performance appraisals, rewarding and disciplining, and resolving employee issues, all in alignment with company policies and applicable laws. 

This position will have a hybrid work schedule. 

This role has a base salary of $115,000 - $125,000 USD.

This role is eligible for commission.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales management, including at least 2 years in a SaaS environment. 
  • Proven ability to drive sales pipeline using an inside sales team within a SaaS organization. 
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and customers. 
  • Demonstrated ability to set goals, track performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
