Sales Manager

Requirements

  • Providing product demonstrations to staff and clients, and taking the lead in resolving complaints,
  • Working alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base,
  • Conducting market research and sharing findings with the team,
  • Define the go to market approach,
  • Conduct competitor analysis, build and maintain process for competitor evaluation.
  • Develop and implement the most effective digital strategy and plans and also responsible for Digital KPI result,
  • Help to improve the Huawei Turkey R&D Center Awareness by Joint Marketing Campaign, including the advertising, digital, exhibition, event, PR,
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering or Computer Science,

• 3+ years of (SaaS software) sales experience in software or cloud,

• Good knowledge of software products is obligatory,

• HR-related SaaS experience is a plus,

• Ready to bring portfolio to enlarge opportunity pool,

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills,

• Familiar with MS Office and other presentation and reporting tools,

• Ambitious and great willingness of development,

• Experience working with multicultural environment,

• Excellent oral and written English skills,

• Analytic and strong strategic skills.
