Minimum 5-6 years of Sales experience in IT Solutions/ Services
Preferably with exposure to Microsoft Dynamic 365 application selling
Based in Delhi NCR
Proven track record of high value IT Sales, including licenses and Services
Willing to travel
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
- Strong team management and leadership skills, with a track record of motivating and developing sales professionals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales forecasting tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Industry-specific knowledge and understanding of market trends (preferred)
- Sales management certifications (preferred)
