Job Description
Our Sales Manager - Brisbane is responsible for managing and overseeing all internal direct sales activity and strategy within Brisbane & surrounding areas alongside our National Sales Manager. You are responsible for growing a sales team to achieve key business objections and help keep us the #1 Meal Kit company in Australia. Managing all aspects of the direct sales channel, you will assist with the recruitment, onboarding and training of sales representatives in order to meet sales targets and KPI’s.
You will…
- Manage all internal Direct Sales activity in Brisbane & surrounding areas (Door to Door, Events & Kiosks)
- Set targets and forecast sales results based on team size & activity to achieve key business objections through driving high total conversions, increasing average order values, and maximizing customer lifetime value
- Direct and reinforce company brand through the training and management of internal direct sales teams within respective region
- Develop & implement new sales initiatives or strategies to maximize sales volume, profitability & customer retention/loyalty
- Work closely with the National Sales Manager to implement training and communicate product changes and improvements to the team
- Liaise with National Sales Manager to drive customer loyalty & retention through managing team leaders & sales representatives maintenance of brand image
- Work with National Sales Manager to maintain staffing levels including sourcing, hiring, onboarding, training and performance management
- Take directive from National Sales Manager to grow local direct sales teams through employment development, hiring, onboarding & training of sales team leaders & sales representatives.
- Track KPI’s of the internal sales team and work with the National Sales Manager to implement initiatives to improve KPI metrics
You have…
- 1-2 Years of direct sales (door-to-door, events or kiosk) sales leader experience
- Ability to train new staff on sales principles and basics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence employees at all levels
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and implement change management
- Proactive and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

Duration: Permanent full time role. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia
Location: Brisbane - hybrid working environment
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + Commission
