Job Descriptions:
- Approach the Ministry of Health for the introduction of our solutions that can help productivity of the healthcare sectors
- Approach all hospitals in Singapore whether they are government owned/privately owned and introduce FCS Products/Solutions
- Understand the requirements of this sector and feedback to our product team if any show stopper features are missing - Follow through the entire sales process to get the deals closed
- Work closely with the VP Global Sales to achieve targets set
- Build a pipeline independently using the contacts he/she has in this sector
Requirements:
- Open to Malaysian Citizens Only!
- More than 3 years in a solutions/consulting sales management capacity in the healthcare sector at an enterprise software level (selling IT software to Healthcare industry)
- Well connected within healthcare sector with good contacts of senior management and decision makers
- Understand the process and flow of the operations in the healthcare sector
- Proven ability to be a self-starter and the ability to drive the sales process within respective region
- Excellent interpersonal skills with effective and positive leadership qualities
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Autonomous- ability to be self-sufficient and independent
- Excellent use of all MS Office applications
- Fluent in spoken and written English and to be able to speak to all levels of managements in the healthcare sector
