Position Summary:
The core responsibility of the Healthcare Assurance Sales Manager in India, is
to start and develop the Healthcare Assurance business in India. This will
involve developing:
- Relationship with Indian APIs manufacturers to promote Eurofins and
organize shared audits of their manufacturing sites
- Business Plans and Strategies to attract clients to adopt our portfolio
of Healthcare Assurance Services and then working with the Global
Healthcare Assurance teams and local Assurance teams to execute
such plans.
- The role also includes supporting the acquisition, management and
growth of global Indian accounts with work to be delivered in India
and rest of the world
- Knowledge of current updates
- Knowledge of supply chain management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Healthcare Assurance Director India, Eurofins is now looking to recruit a dynamic character to build and develop further its activities in India and involves the following:
• Primarily responsible for the development of relationship with Indian APIs manufacturers in
India to promote Eurofins and organize shared audits of their manufacturing sites,
• Responsible for Indian business development, develop business plans and strategies to attract new customers with our Healthcare Assurance portfolio primarily focusing on auditing and sales of reports from our Library, but also training and advisory/consulting services Drive new business growth and grow existing clients’ portfolio
• Key API Manufacturers Management, to understand, amongst other matters, how Eurofins can best position itself in relation to the audit of their manufacturing sites, and which Eurofins Healthcare services can be proposed in addition to the existing proposal (organization of shared audit, unique contact for NDA, organization, report and CAPA management, sale of report to new clients),
• Key Account Management, to understand, amongst other matters, how Eurofins can best position itself in relation to their auditing, training and advisory/consulting needs, and other Eurofins services not used by the client
• Attract and grow Indian accounts and ensure good customer service is adhered to
• Gain a clear understanding of the business model and value proposition, and the key targets for growth in your area.
• Develop and fine tune the value proposition through our operations and delivery team.
• Develop Sales and Marketing presentations, tools and material to promote the company’s services associated with Healthcare Assurance in Auditing, and also in these 3 other verticals: Certification, Training and Advisory/consulting
• Liaison with Eurofins within the business line and cross Business Lines to ensure cross selling opportunities where appropriate, especially with the Bio Pharma Testing Business Line
• Continually keeping abreast of latest developments in the industry through attending events, networking and industry associations and representing Eurofins through active speaking opportunities, participations to industry events, roundtable discussions.
• Support the development of new services based on upcoming regulations and quasi regulations in India and related countries and according to the country and client’s input
• Any other activities which the candidate feels will further Eurofins’s position within the market
• Work with Country business line leaders and country managers to implement the global and local business strategy wherever needed Represents Eurofins Healthcare Assurance in the industry when required
• Drive profitable growth and cost control in areas of influence
• Enhance client relationships through provision of professional support services & and customer care
• Drive Thought Leadership around Compliance and Integrity to increase Eurofins profile to customers, industry associations and stakeholders
• Participate into new product development project and launch of new services
• Work with marketing resources accordingly
• Work as per the regulatory requirement.
Basic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ):
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each
essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of
the knowledge, skill or ability required
Education/Experience (BMQ):
Bachelors or advanced degree in Business.
At least 8 years' experience in managing similar businesses and /or
operations globally in Pharma or Chemicals for pharma environment.

Other Factors: Must be able to travel to accomplish the duties of the position including
cross regions, overnight stay required, unlikely international travel.
Travel is approximately over 50% annually.
