- Achieve sales target in NGS and Array for North region
- Experience in Genomics business mostly NGS and Array.
- Identify and reach-out to potential clients for NGS and Array
- Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory.
- Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
- Analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to zonal heads
- Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness. 80% Travel in a month.
- Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and techno-commercial ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders with diverse functions and backgrounds
Masters in Lifescience/ Bachelor in Life science with MBA preferred.
Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm ET.
