We are looking for an experienced and strategic Enterprise Sales Manager who specializes in the enterprise segment & driving new business revenue (new logo acquisition) for Freshworks. They should have a consultative sales approach, a successful track record growing and on-boarding clients with polished presentation skills. This person must demonstrate all the behaviours
associated with a high performance sales culture, specifically managing a pipeline of new
business opportunities and delivering results against a quota. This individual will provide
the best sales experience possible for our customers.
The candidate should be a self-starter with a “GROWTH MINDSET” who has a willingness
to learn and adapt in any situation. She / He should be prepared to develop and execute
against a territory/account plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets and have a
strong can-do attitude in an agile environment. The ideal candidate will possess both
sales and technical expertise along with engagement skills from a CXO level to technical
and operations staff. The Account executive will be an exceptionally strong analytical
thinker who thrives in fast paced dynamic environments with good communication and
presentation skills.
