💻 YOUR SCOPE:
You will be responsible for client acquisition (independent Hotels and Reginonal chains) within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for planning and prioritizing business development activities to achieve company goals and annual sales targets, utilizing and developing innovative strategies to maximize results.
🎯 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Actively prospect through cold calls, follow up on marketing leads, and foster professional relationships to independently close contracts, surpassing regional sales targets.
Effectively communicate the D-EDGE value proposition through sales presentations and demonstrations directly to clients.
Develop value-based sales proposals and respond adeptly to client RFPs.
Use your negotiation skills to close contracts efficiently, contributing to our growth and success.
Work closely with your peers, engage management, and provide ongoing feedback to enhance company strategies and operations.
Utilize Salesforce for timely and accurate sales forecasting and activity reporting, ensuring you're on track with sales goals.
Enhance your technical and sales skills through ongoing training to better serve our clients and grow professionally.
Participate in trade fairs and sales seminars, promoting D-EDGE and expanding our industry footprint.
⭐WHAT YOU’VE GOT:

Fluent in English & Czech
You have minimum 3 years selling experience in a software or SaaS company for the hospitality industry
Demonstrated sales track record in meeting or exceeding assigned individual quota, including a proven track record of new business sales
Previous experience using SalesForce
Strong cold calling skills: you should be comfortable calling directly into an organization and seeking out decision-makers for our products and services
Strong negotiation skills
Teamwork oriented, and a willingness to work to the benefit of others
Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on commitments Tech-savvy
Customer focused, independent, sense of responsibility and target focused
Frequent travel is required
