About the Role
As a sales Manager, you will have significant influence over revenue generation and responsibility for maximising individual and team opportunities across all sectors. You will both engage and develop leads and prospects into active accounts. Your prospect set will be self-generated New Business, your role will play a fundamental part in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Main responsibilities and duties
- Generate interest by delivering online demos to New Prospects and self-generating Leads to build your own pipeline.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to guide and drive New Business Sales
- Describe the product and solution set features and benefits to a high degree combined with a knowledge of educational systems and processes.
- Identify sales opportunities by prospecting and close new business.
- Build, develop and drive a sales pipeline to secure future revenue generation.
- Work closely with the marketing department to ensure all campaign leads are followed up correctly.
- Represent BroadShield at corporate and training events when required.
- Represent the Sales Team and the Commercial Team in a positive way with other BroadShield Departments and internal customers.
- Work closely with our Client Experience Team for the successful and seamless on-boarding of clients.
- Achieve individual and team monthly targets.
