Treatwell allows our beauty partners to digitally manage their appointment scheduling within their salon while attracting new clients through our Treatwell marketplace. We're somewhat like the Booking.com of the beauty industry.

Are you ready for an exciting mission with us?

At Treatwell, we're looking for new colleagues to join our field sales team in Paris. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for successfully acquiring new clients by proactively identifying and contacting potential partner salons (B2B). You will oversee the entire process from initial contact to contract signing to secure new partnerships for Treatwell. At Treatwell, you'll not only have the opportunity to shape the future of the beauty industry but also directly increase salon revenues and attract new clients. We're passionate about supporting salons to thrive in the digital landscape by leveraging our Treatwell Connect products and marketplace to sustain their commercial success and expand their client base.

In more detail, here's what it involves:

  • Researching and prospecting beauty and wellness professionals in your geographic area, via phone, internet, CRM, social networks, but primarily through direct field visits.
  • Securing appointments and autonomously managing sales through to closure.
  • Updating our CRM database with all relevant information (we use Salesforce and will provide training on this tool).
  • Conducting competitive monitoring and providing field insights to enhance our sales and approach techniques.
  • Analyzing your performance with the goal of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Lastly, teamwork is crucial to us, and you will play a key role in fostering and energizing the team!

To fulfill our mission, we need you to bring in at least 10 new salon partners per month. We expect you to monitor your sales figures, sales pipeline, and follow-ups responsibly with your potential new partners. Your understanding of our products and the value we bring to salons will significantly influence your income.

We offer you a transparent sales career plan where you can continuously improve your base salary: every time you exceed your targets for 3 consecutive months (120%), you can receive an automatic 2.5% salary increase.

Requirements

What qualities do you bring to the table?

  • Regardless of your degrees, we are primarily looking for a mindset!
  • You enjoy the entrepreneurial environment, have a strong team spirit, and thrive on challenges.
  • You already have initial experience in B2B field prospecting (one year at least).
  • You are organized, methodical, and managing sales opportunities from creation to administrative closure does not intimidate you. You have a hunter's instinct and can adapt to a constantly changing environment.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills and are very comfortable speaking French.
  • You are ambitious, and working towards achievable goals is a source of motivation for you.
  • Your good mood is contagious, and you remain positive in all circumstances!
  • Fluency in English would be a plus ;)

  • We offer you a fixed salary of 2500 euros gross per month.
  • Upon achieving 100% of your objectives, you will receive a commission of 1250 euros per month - however, the commission is uncapped, and there is much more to earn - performance is rewarded.
