Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in India, preferably based in Mumbai. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies and achieving sales targets. The selected professional will leverage their strong working knowledge of the IAM, Payments, and/or Authentication industries to exceed all revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets
  • Manage and build relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts
  • will champion how the territory is marketed and will take ownership in the plan.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in working in either IAM, Authentication or Cyber Security fields Hungry, Persistent, and can follow through on tasks.
  • Creativity to think outside the box to hit targets and satisfy clients.
  • Professional, ambitious, determined and results-oriented mindset
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, self-starter who can work alone or in a collaborative manner.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation communications skills
  • Verifiable track record of results
