Sales Leader (Telecommunication / Chinese Speaking)

Overview Our client, a publicly listed Chinese corporation, is a leading OEM/ODM manufacturer of telecommunications equipment and application products, ranking the top 2 in the industry. As part of their strategic international expansion, they are seeking an accomplished Sales Leader based in Pakistan to spearhead business development across the region.  What You Will Do
  • Strategically develop and implement market expansion initiatives for the Pakistan and the region
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with telecommunications operators and industry stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and professional development for the regional sales organization
  • Drive revenue growth and expand market presence to meet organizational objectives
  • Serve as company ambassador at industry conferences and exhibitions
  • Conduct market intelligence analysis to capitalize on emerging opportunities
  • What You Will Need
  • Minimum 5-7 years of telecommunications sales experience, including 3+ years of regional expertise in Pakistan
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales performance metrics
  • Comprehensive knowledge of 4G/5G technologies, PON systems, and automotive electronics
  • Superior interpersonal and relationship management capabilities
  • Professional fluency in English required; Chinese language proficiency highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant discipline
