Role Overview:
As our Sales Leader, you’ll get to work hands-on and oversee a team in the Sales organization. You’ll help your team perform and exceed expectations by training, coaching, and mentoring them to drive impactful results. You’ll also partner closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to align on integrated campaigns, and strategic business initiatives, improve processes, and ultimately generate the expected pipeline and revenue to hit the quota for Signeasy’s Sales organization.

A minimum of 5 plus years of overall experience in selling B2B software sales with 3+ years of experience developing, building and managing teams of BDRs and AEs, often in the early stages of their career looking for direction, mentoring, and motivation, with a track record in hiring, developing, and promoting; ideally at a SaaS company
This role is full-time and based in Bangalore. Flexibility to work in a global timezone is required.
