Your Opportunity

Quite simply, this is an incredible opportunity to play a crucial role at leadership level - working closely with our Global Sales Director and the wider leadership team, developing and managing a diverse sales team, with a focus on creating excellence and implementing best practices.

Taking a strategic approach to the sales capability, your remit will include realising the full potential of The Collecting Group platforms - providing the best buying and selling experiences, while supporting the expansion of the group into new verticals and markets.

Lead, inspire and collaborate

Coaching, mentoring and nurturing a collaborative and competitive team culture, you’ll leverage data to influence the your teams Sales budget - utilising insights to help identify opportunities, ensuring we remain competitive, while working closely with other functions across Product, Tech and Marketing to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to business objectives.
