What you'll do:
- Responsible in developing the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application with many different industries.
- Evaluate and optimize current internal and external processes through automations.
- Sales Operations: acquire and on board API business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and by developing and taking care of professional relationships.
- Negotiation and closing of deals: API lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with our local partners, and to ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership.
- Doing outreach to API clients via cold calls/emails/meetings, timely follow ups, administrative work (contract drafting, coordination).
What we seek:
- Ability to understand and support complex developments and procedures.
- Keen eye for details and ability to fix errors.
- Good communication skills, able to communicate fluently in English
- Meticulous knowledge of integrations and development processes
What you'll need:
- Minimum 3 years relevant sales experience in a leadership capacity
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in the same industry or role
- Preferably proficient in API automation tools
- Ecommerce industry sales experience would be a huge plus
- Must be willing to work in Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) on daily basis
- Amenable to start immediately
