The LUXASIA Internship Program is designed for those who are currently pursuing a Degree or Master's degree to gain experience and exposure working in a Beauty Luxury Lifestyle company that continuously creates remarkable digital consumer experiences and lifestyle solutions for our Consumers. Our Internship Program is a high business-impact program that will give you the opportunity to devise strategic solutions that drive upcoming technology and work processes. This can be accomplished through implementing digitization, diving into customer analytics, designing a digital marketing strategy, or solving financial management issues.


Position purpose:

Reporting to Retail Operation Manager, this role is responsible for assisting sales team including conducting research, focusing on administrative tasks and on-field supports who should be flexible and ready to take on new challenges as they arise.


Key responsibilities:

1 Intern for Retail Operation Manager

  • Working with Retail Operation Manager and sales manager to complete assigned tasks
  • Attending meetings and events to observe and learn
  • Updating sales reports and documents accurately
  • Communicating with vendors and clients at the manager’s request
  • Conducting research and collating survey data
  • Support on-field or event operational duty
  • Assist in data analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.


1 Intern for Key Account Manager

  • Working closely with the Manager and completing all allocated tasks.
  • Store visits tidy up planograms, recheck stock and tester, and photo taken.
  • Competitor report including newness and activity at in-store and online.
  • Attending and participating in brand animation or workshops.
  • Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.

Requirements

  • Are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree.
  • Can commit to at least 12 weeks of full-time work.
  • Have a proven track record.
  • Love beauty, technology & digital experience.
  • Are passionate, positive & collaborative.
  • Love working and contributing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to showcase your experience on social media with current & future interns.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude toward tasks and challenges.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to multi-task and take on new responsibilities.
  • An inquisitive mindset for market research and trend analysis.
