Position Overview
As a Sales & Go-to-Market Leadership Consultant at VISO TRUST, you will drive our sales strategy, build a high-performing team and achieve aggressive growth targets. Your B2B enterprise sales expertise will shape outbound strategies, ensure 3-5x pipeline coverage, and deliver 50% quarter-over-quarter growth in new business. You will also become an expert in our AI-driven TPRM platform, contributing to our rapid expansion and market success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Pipeline Building: Develop and execute a robust outbound strategy to build a sustainable pipeline, maintaining 3-5x pipeline coverage to support aggressive growth targets.
  • Revenue Growth & Execution: Drive new business sales, achieving a 50% quarter-over-quarter growth rate while ensuring a disciplined approach to pipeline management and deal closure.
  • Master the Message & Value Proposition: Master our AI-based TPRM solution, its market position, and customer pain points to deliver a compelling value proposition that drives results.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team to deliver excellence, develop skills, and meet performance goals.
  • Sales Stack & Process Ownership: Manage and optimize our sales stack and tools to enhance sales productivity, pipeline visibility, and process efficiency.
  • Forecasting & Deal Management: Own and refine the sales forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and consistency while driving deals to successful closure.
  • KPI & Performance Management: Define, track, and report on key sales KPIs, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales performance.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B Sales Leader: At least 5-7 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales leadership, with a track record of selling to mid-market and larger enterprises.
  • Pipeline Development & Execution Skills: Ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, execute strategic initiatives, and drive deals from prospect to close.
  • Expertise in TPRM/TPCRM a Plus: Experience in the third-party risk management or cybersecurity space is highly valued, with a readiness to quickly become an expert in our product and market.
  • Sales Team Development & Coaching: Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales teams, leading to improved performance and exceeding growth targets.
  • Operational & Analytical Skills: Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce), sales stack management with a proven ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
  • Adaptability & Ownership: A strong growth mindset with a focus on curiosity, excellence, and ownership, ready to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Contract-to-Hire Opportunity: Open to starting on a contract basis with a clear path to transitioning into a full-time leadership role based on performance and fit.
