Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive specializing in Security Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our comprehensive security offerings to a diverse clientele, building strong relationships, and contributing to our growth in the cybersecurity market.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Managing opportunities within the CRM system through all six stages of the sales process. 
  • Accurately managing your forecast in line with HCL’s linearity and sales objectives. 
  • Cultivating expertise in cybersecurity trends and market developments to drive targeted sales initiatives. 
  • Collaborating with Business Development, Pre-Sales, and Marketing teams to identify and generate new opportunities within the security market. 
  • Providing strategic guidance to key stakeholders on the value propositions of HCL’s Security Solutions, ensuring solutions align with customer needs. 
  • Partnering effectively with a network of security-focused partners to maximize sales potential. 

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated track record as a top performer in a security solutions sales role, ideally in the cybersecurity or IT security space. 
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity needs and challenges, particularly within various sectors (such as finance, healthcare, or government). 
  • Proven success in using sales opportunity qualification tools such as MEDDPICCR to manage and qualify sales leads. 
  • Experience in Cloud and On-Premise security solutions, including knowledge of trends such as data protection, identity and access management, network security, and threat detection. 
  • Ability to leverage strong relationship-building skills to engage both prospects and existing clients.
