Main Job Duties will be;
- Responsible for Handling customer inquiries for new sales
- Obtaining customer feedbacks after the services
- Prepare monthly reports which connects to Marketing / Operations
- Handling the company main telephone line and active involvement for customer service
Requirements
- School Leavers who have passed three subjects in G. C. E. Advance Level.
- Any professional qualification in related field will be an added advantage.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Fluency in Written and Spoken English is essential
- Valid Riding License is mandatory
