Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be to drive customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products or services.

  • Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving complaints effectively.
  • Process customer orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including customer satisfaction and sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in account management or sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify insights to inform account strategies and upselling opportunities.
