As a Sales Specialist at Kpler, your primary objective is to contribute to the growth of Kpler's new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by meeting and exceeding your personal sales targets. Your role involves direct accountability for quarterly targets and incentives tied to individual performance.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and target potential clients within your assigned region or industry vertical.
  • Use various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals to generate leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective lead-generation strategies.

  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

  • Conduct thorough product demonstrations showcasing Kpler's features, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Customize presentations based on client needs and pain points to highlight the relevance of Kpler's solutions.
  • Use sales collateral, case studies, and testimonials to reinforce the value of Kpler's offerings.

  • Negotiation and Closing:

  • Engage in effective negotiation strategies to address client objections and concerns.
  • Create compelling proposals and pricing structures aligned with client requirements and budget constraints.
  • Close deals in a timely manner while ensuring a positive client experience throughout the sales cycle.

  • Cross-selling in existing Kpler Accounts:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing sales support, and guidance with the Account Managers to clients to maximize their utilization of Kpler's products.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to address client feedback and enhance product offerings.

  • Reporting and Performance Analysis:

  • Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and key performance metrics using CRM tools.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review and strategic planning.

Need to have

  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and objection handling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is preferred.

  • Good to have: 
  • You speak Spanish, you are familiar with Supply Chain topics, Logistics, or the Maritime Sector!
