The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven New Business Account Executive to join our Legal Spend Management team. In this role, you will spearhead the development and expansion of our sales pipeline, targeting new business opportunities and driving growth within the Legal Spend Management sector. Your focus will be on selling to midsized and enterprise-level corporations, particularly within Corporate Legal and Insurance (Property & Casualty) sector.

How you’ll contribute
- Drive Sales Performance: Collaborate with the head of Legal Spend Management to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through targeted prospecting and strategic outreach.
- Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for your customers throughout the sales cycle, delivering compelling onsite and remote presentations.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain comprehensive sales documentation in Salesforce (SF.com), and ensure seamless communication with senior management and internal teams.
- Metrics and Forecasting: Accurately forecast and monitor key account metrics to track performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with implementation and PRM teams to uphold best practices before and after the sale.
- Professional Growth: Stay updated with industry trends and developments by engaging with professional publications and networks.
- Team Contribution: Support team objectives and contribute to collective success by achieving related results.

- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Software sales, with a proven track record of articulating ROI to customers.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in selling to Corporate Legal, Insurance (Property & Casualty) or Legal Software is advantageous but not required.
- Sales Cycle Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-month sales cycles.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a knack for high-profile interactions.
- Conceptual Selling: Proven success in selling abstract concepts and delivering business value.
- Relationship Building: Ability to engage with C-level executives and build strong, value-based relationships.
- Team Management: Skilled in coordinating with Sales Engineers, IT, and Information Security experts throughout the sales process.
