AYANA Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive - Japanese (native) to join our team. As a native Japanese speaker, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth within our hospitality industry. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager - Japanese, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, establishing new relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote loyalty and retention.
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase revenue.
- Create and present proposals to clients that align with their needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, revenue management, and operations to ensure effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent AYANA Hospitality and generate new business leads.
- Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations and solutions to clients.
Requirements
- Native level fluency in Japanese, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the hospitality industry with a proven track record of exceeding sales revenue targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve win-win outcomes.
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
