ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Sales Executive, Inside Sales plays a crucial role for Sportradar by cross selling/upselling into the existing client base, managing inbound sales channels, outbound calling campaigns, and acquiring new clients for the business. This position should have previous sales experience, superior communication skills, and a results-driven mindset. Responsibilities include securing new accounts through lead generation/conversion, inbound/outbound campaigns, & tradeshow/conference lead management.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Move existing clients of the Inside Sales Customer Segment up the Sportradar value chain by cross selling and upselling solutions into the client base
- Identify customers that show stagnating or negative growth to define future account strategy. Managing accounts out where necessary.
- Manage inbound and outbound calling campaigns, as well as tradeshow/conference follow up
- Build a pipeline of new accounts for the business by qualified-cold calling into designated territory and based on aligned marketing campaigns
- Serve as the initial point of contact externally to uncover and clarify prospect needs, align business objectives with Sportradar’s new portfolio of products, refine and propose a solution.
- Work with internal Sportradar teams to develop the commercial approach and negotiate contracts and terms for renewals and new contracts.
- Source leads to Sales / BizDev Teams for products out of Scope for Inside Sales
- Document and transfer knowledge regarding the account to internal Sportradar team members involved in the new client onboarding process.
- Seek out, synthesize, and deliver relevant, targeted insights to prospects that influence decision-making.
- Create and deliver compelling, customized sales presentations that address our clients’ core business issues and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with other Sportradar team members to ensure alignment and integration of sales strategies, projects and programs for successful implementation and execution.

YOUR PROFILE:
- Love for CRM Systems and structured selling processes
- Experience identifying key decision makers and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
- Able to think analytically, navigate sales cycles, and create own pipeline & roadmap to convert prospects to clients.
- Must speak Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong organizational, issue resolution, and decision-making skills are required. Superior verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
- Self-motivation and professional discipline with excellent follow-through.
- Polished PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Must be able to work well with others as part of a team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Inside Sales or equivalent sales experience in sports media or technology
- Experience working in a global organization.
