This role sits with one of Daisy Communications brands - XLN for Small Business

Salary: £23,302 with commission of £35- £50 per sale depending on volume
Location: London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday between 9:00 – 18:00 (37.5 hours)

Key responsibilities:

  • Inbound/outbound client calls with aim to sell a selection of our merchant service products.
  • Answering client questions and queries regarding product specifications and pricing.
  • Upselling clients to larger products, more extensive packages.
  • Maintaining a list of potential leads and following up with those customers.
  • Works to consistently achieve set KPI’s and targets.
  • Strong sales focus with the ability to act as a true advisor to your customer.
  • Experience within merchant services or the financial industry
  • Telecoms and/or Merchant Services experience will be a bonus.
  • Ability to create excellent rapport with your customers.
  • Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills.
  • Ability to use and navigate through computer systems and databases proficiently.
  • Reliability, motivation, hunger to succeed, strong team player.
