Identify, qualify, and develop new client leads and referrals, achieving specific monthly sales goals.
Schedule and conduct client appointments to understand needs and deliver compelling sales presentations.
Close sales by building rapport, explaining services, overcoming objections, and negotiating contracts.
Dedicate at least 20 hours per week to prospecting for new business opportunities.
Use and manage a CRM system to track client information, activities, and manage a "Hot 25" list of prospective clients.
Collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors to foster a positive work environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of B2B inside and outside sales experience with a proven record of closing deals.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
