City Wide Facility Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business development in a fast-paced and highly competitive B2B sales environment.
- Two weeks Front-loaded Paid Time Off after 90 days

Compensation $50,000 - $55,000 base pay annually or DOE
In this role, you will:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our facility solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to drive sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.
Successful candidates will possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
