City Wide Facility Solutions, the largest management company in the building maintenance industry, is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the territory of Bergen and Passaic Counties in Northern New Jersey. As a partner that helps our clients save time and solve problems, City Wide offers a wide range of maintenance services for commercial facilities. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, identifying and building relationships with potential clients, driving new business, and contributing to the growth of the company. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure that our clients' needs are met and exceeded. This is a true Hunter position and there are no account management responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Prospect and Identify new business opportunities, leads and build relationships with potential clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Deliver high-quality presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure client needs are met and exceed their expectations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote City Wide Facility Solutions
Requirements
- Willingness to prospect - Field, Phone, E-mail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the facilities services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Willingness to travel to client meetings and industry events
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
