AYANA Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at AYANA Komodo resort, one of the most luxurious resorts in the world. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling our resort's BOAT (Best of All Times) service to potential clients. You will be part of a team dedicated to exceeding our guests' expectations by providing exceptional services that create unforgettable experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential clients and developing new business relationships.
  • Promoting the BOAT (Best of All Times) service to potential clients and presenting its value proposition.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and goals.
  • Reviewing market analysis to determine customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends
  • Communicating with clients to understand their requirements, providing insight into the luxury travel experience.
  • Preparing and presenting sales proposals, contracts, and packages to clients.
  • Participating in industry events, networking, and gathering market intelligence.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and business development in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals and targets.
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented to provide exceptional experiences to clients.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and principles.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
