AYANA Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at AYANA Midplaza in Jakarta. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue and driving sales growth for our hotel. You will be tasked with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including operations and marketing, to ensure successful execution of sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Participate in industry events and networking activities to expand the company's reach and generate leads.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a 5-star Hotel.
- Proven track record of sales targets and revenue goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Highly self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
