Rotational Assignments: Participate in structured rotational assignments across different commercial functions, including sales, marketing, business development, and customer service.
Sales & Business Development: Assist in identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and managing client relationships.
Marketing: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, market research, and product positioning strategies.
Customer Relationship Management: Work closely with the customer service team to ensure client satisfaction, manage key accounts, and resolve any issues.
Data Analysis: Analyse sales and market data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and support decision-making.
Project Management: Lead or support commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on commercial activities, performance metrics, and project progress.
Leadership Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs designed to develop your leadership and management skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a commercial role, such as sales, marketing, or business development, is preferred but not required.
