As an Account Manager, your primary objective is to foster client relationships and drive sales growth within our organisation. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, engaging in both inbound and outbound communication to achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling our products, addressing incoming inquiries from clients, and maintaining meticulous records of all interactions. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints, ultimately contributing to the overall satisfaction and retention of our clientele.

Requirements
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly;
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Dubizzle's products and services to existing clients;
- Prospect and onboard new clients, effectively communicating Dubizzle's value proposition;
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to align offerings with client needs and market trends;
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights to senior management;
- Drive sales by making outbound calls and pitching the company’s products & packages in line with customers’ needs;
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products & packages;
- Foster and sustain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business;
- Accurately record and process details of customers’ purchase orders in the CRM;
- Identify and classify buyer profiles, i.e., B2B, B2C, C2C;
- Use sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections;
- Meet monthly KPIs & revenue targets;
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
Knowledge:
- Minimum of (04) years experience in sales and account management, preferably within the digital advertising or online marketplace sector
(cross-GCC sales experience will be given strong preference);
- Proven experience working as a Telesales executive.
