As our Sales Excellence Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our Sales and Account Management teams across New Zealand and Fiji are set up for success. You’ll also lead and inspire our Sales Coordinators, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.

This role will be expected to establish, design, lead and evolve the following key areas:

  • Train and develop new hires across all three divisions: Pest Control, Hygiene, and Ambius
  • Lead the transformation of our Sales Way of Working, ensuring alignment with our growth strategy
  • Engage, support, and motivate our Sales Coordinators to drive operational excellence
  • Travel extensively across New Zealand and Fiji to support teams on the ground
  • Deliver Product/Services & Sales Capability Training to enhance team effectiveness
  • Provide Digital Sales Platform Training & Support to maximize adoption and efficiency
  • Oversee Sales Incentives & Commissions to drive motivation and performance
  • Develop and lead an annual sales capability training calendar, including ongoing training on products, solutions, and sales tools such as myPA and mySalesSpace
  • Ensure the sales team is equipped with the knowledge, tools, and capability to exceed gross sales and retention targets

What you’ll Need:

  • A passion for coaching and developing sales teams
  • Proven experience in a sales coaching management role
  • Must have the ability to demonstrate high EQ, leadership skills that translate into outcomes - someone who can take our team on a journey and get results
  • Must have technical, & sales experience, along with a training background
