Identify target and potential construction projects,
Visit the target projects and assess the construction site's formwork system requirements,
With the support of our engineering team, prepare a proposal for the formwork system required by the customer,
Negotiate the commercial terms with our customer,
Prepare the contract, follow the customer's payments and shipment,
Visit the construction site at regular intervals after sales and provide support in answering any questions.

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering,
At least three years of experience in rough construction on a construction site, with familiarity with mould systems on the construction site,
Sees a future in sales, with a background in engineering,
Demonstrates a high level of problem-solving ability,
Has a strong track record in human relations and high persuasion ability,
Proficient in English, including reading, writing, and speaking,
Is patient and able to take firm steps forward without rushing to reach the target,
Fluent in Russian and with two years of experience in Central Asia and Russia markets,
Proficiency in AutoCAD,
Ability to operate an active vehicle and no travel barriers,
Knowledge of commercial issues such as bids, contracts, payment systems and shipment methods.
