As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the sales process, acting as the technical bridge between potential customers and the ReviewPro platform. You will work closely with the sales team to understand client needs, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and ensure that our solutions align with the customer’s business objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in showcasing the value of ReviewPro’s solutions to hoteliers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Sales Support & Solution Consulting
Act as the technical expert in client engagements, supporting the sales team in positioning ReviewPro’s products effectively.
Participate discovery calls to understand client requirements and align them with ReviewPro’s solutions.
Deliver engaging and tailored product demonstrations showcasing the value of AI-driven review response, reputation management, guest surveys, and messaging.
Address technical questions and concerns from prospects and customers.
Support RFP/RFI responses by providing technical and functional expertise.
2. Product & Industry Expertise
Stay up to date with ReviewPro’s product developments, and industry trends in guest experience technology.
Develop deep knowledge of competitor solutions and articulate ReviewPro’s unique value proposition against them.
Translate complex technical features into business benefits that resonate with hospitality clients.
3. Technical Advisory
Collaborate with internal product and development teams to relay customer feedback and potential feature enhancements.
Must-Have:
✅ Experience in the Hospitality or SaaS Industry – Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest feedback management, and hospitality technology.
✅ Technical Acumen – Ability to explain APIs, integrations, and product functionalities to non-technical stakeholders.
✅ Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to present complex concepts in a simple and engaging way.
✅ Presentation & Demonstration Skills – Comfortable delivering product demos to audiences of different levels, from hotel managers to corporate decision-makers.
✅ Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to analyze customer challenges and propose practical solutions with ReviewPro’s technology.
Preferred:
➕ Familiarity with AI-driven guest feedback & automation technologies.
➕ Understanding of PMS, CRM, and other hotel tech systems.
➕ Previous experience in working with RFPs and technical documentation.
➕ Proficiency in multiple languages (a plus for global markets).
