Your team will be made up of Account Executives, another Sales Engagement Specialist, Account Managers and 5 Sales Managers, all responsible for managing the experience for our business clients at MOO.
We have a role open in our Sales team! We are looking for someone to optimize our existing channels and help test new channels that will support both new clients. This would include some outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound channels and engaging clients from our website. Essentially, we need someone to try to test our new inbound channels and streamline our existing outbound channels.
Target-driven, enjoy building processes, thrive in change, and are not afraid to test new things. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Sales Manager and will work closely with all of the Sales team.
Responsibilities
- Nurture and qualify prospects, both inbound and outbound, to provide higher quality leads for the new business team
- Meet and exceed daily outbound phone and email activity metrics
- Help find decision-making contacts at prospective companies as well as existing B2B customers
- Provide feedback and identify areas of opportunity to improve campaign development, sales enablement, positioning, and overall prospect journey
- Utilize current CRM and automation tools for outreach and document customer interactions in Salesforce
- Optimize current outbound channels and help test new sales/prospecting channels we are exploring
- Help test new B2B channels for driving new revenue
- Engage in weekly coaching sessions and 1:1s with your manager
About You
- You’re a highly motivated, self-starter who loves to test and explore new challenges!
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Solution-oriented mindset, constantly looking for ways to improve our process in creative ways
- You love growing and learning new skills
- Professional, friendly, and helpful on the phone and in writing
- You are goal-oriented, and like to chase those targets!!
- You prefer busy days with lots of action
- Team-player with a positive attitude
- You’re OK with ambiguity and have a growth mindset
- Ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Salesforce experience
- Cold calling experience
- Business Development (BDR/SDR) experience
