The Role
In Revenue Enablement, our mission is to help our teams succeed, especially as we grow and pursue long-term ambitions for TravelPerk. We partner closely with Revenue Operations and sales leaders to analyse performance metrics and quality standards, developing programs that reduce ramp time, increase win rates, and enhance customer loyalty.
Reporting to Vicenç Alcalde, as a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will ensure our global sales force is equipped with the latest and most relevant content to enhance their knowledge and capabilities. You will create and deliver sales training programs, including onboarding for new hires, ongoing training, and continuous development. Leveraging data, you will identify gaps in sales team goals or confidence. Besides leading classroom training, you will also provide individualised 1:1 coaching as needed.

As such, this role requires you to be within commuting distance of our Barcelona hub.
